Welcome to Glikora. By using the app you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
Glikora is an on-device fishing logbook and collection app. You can log catches, optionally attach photos, build a freshwater species collection, review your personal logbook, and share a catch summary through the iOS share sheet. The current version does not provide an online account, cloud sync, a live social network, or a live weather service.
As a user you agree that you will:
You retain ownership of content you create in Glikora, such as catch entries and photos. When you choose to share a catch summary, Glikora prepares the summary and opens the iOS share sheet. You choose the destination and are responsible for what you send.
How the app handles information is described in our Privacy Policy. Catch records and photos are stored locally in the current version, and sharing occurs only when you initiate it.
The current version does not contain in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid digital features. If this changes, the app and these Terms will be updated to explain the applicable purchase conditions.
We work to keep Glikora reliable, but the app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Always check official local sources for fishing laws, minimum sizes, closed seasons, weather, water conditions, and personal safety. Information and illustrative planning screens in Glikora are for general reference and do not replace official or current information.
You may stop using Glikora at any time. You can erase local catches, photos, sessions, collection progress, and preferences through Profile → Delete Account, or remove the app and its data from your device. Despite the current button label, the current version has no online Glikora account to terminate.
We may update these Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
